clean room fresh towels comfortable bed excellent service
The room was very clean. Housekeeping ensured i had fresh towels daily. The bed was comfortable. I appreciated the complimentary water provided each day in the room. The location was so close to restaurants. The staff were so friendly and provided excellent service.
The gym is a short walk to the sister hotel. This requires walking outside, which can be slightly inconvenient during bad weather.

The room included a mini-bar. I found fresh linens daily. The bathroom features a large mirror. A separate seating area added comfort.

Underwhelming stay. Expected more
limited options inconvenient location
the breakfast reminded me of something you would get at a low-tier hotel. There were limited options and the eggs weren't made to order. also, i was frustrated that there were no spa or pool services at the hotel. This was really inconvenient.

easy access friendly staff hotel restaurant
the location provides easy access to many restaurants within a short walk i found the staff very friendly and helpful they quickly addressed my requests the hotel restaurant presented many choices for dining i really enjoyed that. the free wifi worked reliably and allowed for easy browsing and streaming this helped me stay connected my room was modern and comfortable.

budget breakfast inconvenient access
The breakfast was alright , but the eggs were not made to order , you know. it felt a little budget , to be honest. also , getting to the spa and pool meant trekking across the road to another place . I thought that was a bit of a pain. i mean , really , a hotel that calls itself this fancy should have those things on-site , shouldn't it ?

packed breakfast comfortable bed
The location was perfect. It was close to many shops. the staff packed breakfast boxes for my early flight. i really liked the comfortable beds. but the rooms were quiet.
the hotel felt a bit worn around the edges.
